I purchased a "tent" on ebay for I think $20, it's a three sided thing I just step into. I bought a spray gun on Amazon (MaxiMist Lite Plus HVLP Spray Tanning System) and use the Norvell Premium Sunless Tanning Solution - Venetian.
I spray my face nearly everyday - lightly, and heavier and the rest of my body when I'm showing legs and arms.
I've gotten good and spraying myself and if we're in swimsuits, my husband sprays my back.

Tretinoin and Botox. Sunblock is a good one too!

Cosmetic skin treatments (Botox, Fraxel, PDL) from a dermatologist or plastic surgeon (not a med spa).

Losing weight if you need to, and keeping it off so you don’t stretch out your skin. I do Callanetics for low-impact toning.

Fixing your teeth if you need it, and keeping them white with Zoom, Crest White Strips, or similar.

And of course, sunscreen, but that's a longer term tip.

Hrt, botox, tretinoin, invisalign. I'm not on hrt for cosmetic reasons, but it helped.

sunblock and trentinoin make the biggest difference but you won’t see/notice the results in the same way as a treatment or losing/gaining weight

so for me I’d say trentinoin, sunblock, revitalash/brow, coloring my hair every 4 weeks, and blow outs (I don’t get those as regularly but I love the way I look when I get one).

I’d like to try botox but have no first hand practioner referrals (I can’t get anyone to admit they use it!) and am too nervous to try it without.

I’d love to get more sleep but menopause interferes with that one.
