Yes but the problem is that Northwood is using the Woodward building for three years during construction. That is not desirable for a lot of DCC families. It is a longer bus ride and the sports situation is bad for the first year as Woodward is still under construction. I think the County wants to grant the COSAs where possible because of the inconvenience.
