Have you hit a weight loss plateau at all? If so, how did you re-boot it?
I lost 22# two years ago, had another 25# to lose (ideally), when the losing just stopped. I eventually gained 6# back within the last 9 months or so and now have 25-30# to lose. Other than the more recent 6# over the last several months, I remained steady with the original weight loss. I've course-corrected my eating and resumed walking again; but the needle just won't budge.
