He is good at cozying up to his bosses so they tend to like him. He gets everything done but in a shoddy low quality way. He doesn’t care about students or teacher quality. He is a cold fish. For the life of me, I cannot see him at an elementary school.
MCPS unfortunately made a big mistake hiring him. He needs to leave education

There are so few people who want to be principal that they're just desperate to hire warm bodies even if these people are highly problematic. My current vice principal an example of that

I personally know of several teachers who have their admin cert and have applied to the admin pool. There are plenty of people who may not have experience, but they are ready to do the job. I am not saying this gentleman is acceptable as a MCPS principal BUT there IS a shortage of qualified, well-trained people to do the job.
