It’s always very random often in a group situation where you meet someone and the conversation is very easy and fun. Eventually I might say “it would be great to get together with you sometime” and you know within 2 seconds if she is interested or not. But, you have to get out there and not sit at home with your pups. I like dogs, but dating a dog owner means your dates always have a dog component.
