Adult or teenager, what difference does this make? Was he really fired is the real question? My daughter will be going to RM next year so this impacts her.

In regards to Edvin, Sr, look at Blair. They were mediocre under him, a lot of high level club kids refused to play for him. Since he left, Blair has 2 state final 4 appearances and a state title.
