Bait and switch! Although haven’t the 2011 girls been good for two years? And CP wasn’t their coach last year, right? Still, speaking from experience with my own DD, I know how quickly a good team can turn bad with the wrong coach.
Maybe but Arlington has a well established pattern. U12 and down great result with a very basic style of play. It seems each year from u13 the top team sinks, fall or enters a black hole. Arlington needs a new directions. They have to start emphasizing technical skills and speed of play not the biggest and fastest players who have no touch, marginal technical skill(when compared to peers) and turn the ball over with and without pressure. It is crazy that top teams have problems connecting three passes when under pressure. That’s the game.
It sad watching some of the talented players get pushed to the side for rugby players.

Who is CP replacement for 2011G? And is the girls director who is leaving Chapman? They don’t list a girls director on their website just an age group coordinator.
