OP here. It’s all going to be separate, for everyone to assemble as they like, by themselves!

Agreed on bringing too much unless your being asked to provide multiple dishes.

I have a relative who brings entire main courses to family dinners and it is so incredibly rude.

+1 It would be considered rude to bring so much food. It might make the host think you don't like their cooking. The sliders are fine. Other people will bring side dishes.
