Op: they are like, we’re easy!!! And they are, TBH, but I have to prep in advance for my own sanity. We eat a lot of vegetarian meals ourselves but they are often stirfrys or pasta, things that require attention in the moment.
I have come to the realization that everyone thinks they are easy but they are not that easy to others.
