Hey Clown who keeps sounding off about QCollars - you better call Paul Rabil to warn him about the scam! The PLL obviously needs to be saved!

Are you the same clown who keeps saying scam on all of these posts?

Who are you and why should I trust your expert opinion? Guy's doctor said go ahead and try it, but your "I strenuously object"/it's-a-scam posts are supposed to convince me?

FDA Authorizes is not the same as approves.

If you read this thread, all the articles and podcasts you need are here to help you realize that this is a scam.

Between sticks, heads, cleats we spend probably $500 a year, let alone on protective, and that stuff breaks. For another $200 I can help protect the brain. Both my daughter and son (football for him as well) wear it. Neither has had an issue since putting it on, so we are good with it.

You need to do some more research…..

I'm good with w my doctor's point of view, thanks. He hasn't steered us wrong yet.

Great. Keep having your kids wear a device that constricts blood flow to their brain without having any concrete proof that it works and or harms.

Here is an interesting article about it.

One of the docs who developed and tested this is an assistant coach at GP. Not even his team wears it nor do the club teams he coaches at DCE. Scam from a LI doc.

How much extra blood does a ram have surrounding its brain before impact?
Complete bs pitch.

I got my recent grad one.

It may be a "magic feather" but it sent the message to protect your brain.

The fake coach at Prep will tell you that you are wrong. He also tells the refs they are wrong the entire game.

I don't need as amateur doctor, real life consultant or lobbiest loudmouths saying it's a scam. What makes it worth buying and wearing it?

If you're looking for objective data that directly supports even a mild preventative benefit, it just isn't there yet. It's certainly possible because there is likewise no data that it DOESN'T provide such a benefit either. But there are no publicly available peer reviewed studies confirming a reductive effect on concussions by use of this or similar products. In other words, whatever benefits there are to be had are - at this point - subjective.
