Don’t vote the Apple ballot. Vote for the candidates, which you think will represent your views the best. The Apple ballot has an agenda, and they have brought us the current board of education. The apple ballot has endorsed the current BOE who have put us in this current situation.
That pretty much tells me whatever I need to know about candidates. I was not impressed with the options but I really can't handle who we have now!
The Apple Ballot candidates are: Natalie Zimmerman, Laura Stewart, Rita Montoya
The incumbents are: Rebecca Smondrowski, Shebra Evans, Lynne Harris

+1 consider that the majority of students who are hurt by violence are black and brown kids. Or, maybe MCPS admins are trying to make it more equitable by letting violence grow in schools that are not majority black/brown.

I did that. Coincidentally, the candidates who represent my views the best are also the candidates on the Apple ballot. And the Apple ballot endorsed 0 out of 3 incumbents.
