Lunch: 12 or 1pm. 8oz yogurt, 1/2 cup fruit. 6 almonds.

Snack: 4pm. 1/2 cup air poppped popcorn plain. Maybe 1 clementine orange.

Dinner: 6:30pm Mostly vegetarian meals. If it is stir fry then 1/4 cup rice, 4 cubes of tofu, 1/2 cup of the stirfry.

I drink lots of water. Green juice/Kombucha maybe every other day. Vodka and seltzer with lime Friday-Sat only.

I'm so depressed.

I'm 5'5" and I haven't weighed 100 pounds since I was 13. I weigh about 115 and people often comment that I'm thin. Can't imagine 15 pounds less.

You can eat a lot more than this, OP. You won't look like Emily Blunt, but you won't be miserable, either.

This is satire. Nobody counts out 4 cubes of tofu and there’s no reason to limit vegetables to 1/2 cup.

You aren't going to look like Emily Blunt. You don't have her genetics.

There's nothing super special about EB.

For most people, unless you are just genetically very thin, to look like her you need to not eat very much. Not saying you need to starve, but you need to be very intentional about the foods you are eating and the portions. It pretty much requires always being a little bit hungry but not starving. Its hard at first but after a while its becomes easier. I know its physically/mentally harder for some people to deal with hunger so it won't work for everyone. But that's basically the gist of it.

Whatever it is you are doing to “work out” must not be very intense or useful because this type of nutrition is barely enough to stay alive. I can’t imagine your cardiovascular health is very strong with this sort of regimen because you would be incapable of any sort of sustained cardio exercise with this kind of fueling.

You have an eating disorder. I hope you don’t have daughters.

I could probably do it, as that is the way I was built in my twenties. But I would be miserable maintaining that at my age. I think I would need to cut out sugar and anything like bread/pasta/rice plus start running and spending an hour a day on stuff like weights or Pilates. If my livelihood depended on it, I guess I could do it, maybe. But even then I’d probably decide it was better to retire or start aiming for “character” roles. I really admire the female actors that allow themselves to age normally, like Marissa Hargitay. I bet she still eats pasta! Whereas Jen Anniston probably eats it once a year on her birthday or something.

You can eat pasta and be very fit, just like Jen Aniston. Aging normally and going to the gym is not mutually exclusive. Weights have many benefits for aging women beyond the looks.

That is so incredibly unhealthy, have you considered an eating disorder clinic? You aren’t even consuming 500 calories a day and should be consuming over 2000 at your activity level. I hope this was satire or you won’t be around long enough to see your grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up.

+1. I hope this is a joke. If not, get some help.

Emily Blunt in Edge of tomorrow with Tom cruise has perhaps one of the best bodies that a normal person could actually obtain.

Tone and defined but not extreme.

But, if you look at celebrities and what they look like in movies for short periods of screen time it is not sustainable- even they say that. Chris hemsworth who played Thor gave an interview a while back saying even he thought he was unhealthy to get in that shape.

But as for how Emily looks in general her and her husband no doubt have a chef, nutritionist and trainer around 24/7.
I would expect them to do HIIT like most people these days in Hollywood and weights.

Her current shape seems reasonable- only movie I have seen her kind of jacked in also seems doable with weights and hiit.
