I could probably do it, as that is the way I was built in my twenties. But I would be miserable maintaining that at my age. I think I would need to cut out sugar and anything like bread/pasta/rice plus start running and spending an hour a day on stuff like weights or Pilates. If my livelihood depended on it, I guess I could do it, maybe. But even then I’d probably decide it was better to retire or start aiming for “character” roles. I really admire the female actors that allow themselves to age normally, like Marissa Hargitay. I bet she still eats pasta! Whereas Jen Anniston probably eats it once a year on her birthday or something.

That is so incredibly unhealthy, have you considered an eating disorder clinic? You aren’t even consuming 500 calories a day and should be consuming over 2000 at your activity level. I hope this was satire or you won’t be around long enough to see your grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up.
