IT IS SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND YOU ARE ASKING ME TO PLAN MY OWN MOTHER'S DAY DINNER FOR THIS EVENING? I want to cry.

On the Saturday before Mother's Day? Wow.
Anonymous wrote:My complaint is that I have a mother figure who is probably expecting something. Every year it’s agony because she doesn’t live close by, she has her own family (who are hopefully taking her out so lunch is not an option), I’ve never sent anyone flowers so I don’t know how to do this and trying to make myself research it is too much. I’ve sent her a card on Thursday. I hope it gets there on time.
Holidays are my curse because I don’t like them, I only remotely like new years but that’s it.

OMG. I should have known better than to vent here, just a bunch of b---ches who are going to make me feel worse. Thanks, I hope putting someone else down made you feel better about yourself, you jerk.

Wow, check yourself. You just sound miserable. This is all on you.
I was going to suggest some alternatives for him to do (so you don't end up cooking and cleaning up) but it really is true that dining out is less than pleasant these days. But anyways, have a good (miserable) life. Glad I'm not you! Glad my husband is not napping I guess. Though I wouldn't care.

This sounds like Loudon winery mom clique poster all over again.
Thanks, yes, I was. I responded a few posts back and apologized, I wasn't trying to be a jerk.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:![]()

Wow, you're a true a-hole for laughing at this. Bet your wife LOVES you.
NP. Jeez, I think PP was laughing in a commiseration way. Most of us moms have been there…sometimes you just have to laugh.
