In general I would not move this far for an elementary school. Call around to local privates that may still have space or try the local public for a year.

Acquinas is definitely not worth that drive. I’d have a different answer if it was to secure a place at a top k-12 where you’d be set until graduation. I’d just find a local parochial or Montessori school bc the education will be just as good as acquinas. I live in Alexandria so am familiar with the school.
