When I wore a continuous glucose monitor Diet Coke spiked by blood sugar. I always ended up craving granola in the middle of the night

No. It won't. Occasional is the key. I drink maybe one or tow a week and it has absolutely no impact on my weight (I'm not trying to lose but maintain).
