Loudoun has 2 rec levels. The lower level did not see the increase, only the challenge level did. If you still wear the red and white jersey, you are not signed up for the higher level.

They increased the price at the rec challenge level by $100 and all we got was a $20 jersey. Loudoun has failed to invest in their facilities which is why I think they are increasing prices to make improvements to keep up with a nearby club.
This price increase is not there for rec grades 1-6 or classic grades 7,8. I wonder if the increase is because they are getting too many weak players signing up or maybe not enough coaches.

MYS is $2,500 for registration fee. Team fees are different for each team. The coach and team manager/staff figure out the cost for the season (tournaments, equipment, socials, etc). I've been a MYS treasurer for three seasons.
