Subject: Does anyone know how the "Hate Bias Incident" reports live in a student record?
OP, thanks all for your replies.
We're going to try to meet w/ someone to better understand this process, how it works, long term implications, etc... If/when we get answers I'll post back here.

Well that’s odd because I’m a public defender, and I routinely request school records for clients 15 or 20 or 25 years after graduation. I get them down to elementary school. It doesn’t say “permanent record” on the records but that’s pretty permanent if you ask me!
