My almost 10 year old wears t-shirts and mid-thigh shorts. There is nothing remotely scandalous about it.

You really can't go wrong with oldnavygapathleta. They know a big part of their customer base is moms who strive to dress their children as average and boring as possible (I mean that in a good way). You can always find clothes with acceptable skin coverage along with the trendier more revealing clothes.

I'm 5'2 and wear a Lands End Petite M or XL but I can wear Lands End Girls plus size pants. You can probably find things either in Petites or Girls.

That's my size, although I'm slightly taller. I do not wear men's small and I wear a women's small/XSm. I think your daughter must like really big and baggy clothes which really isn't the style most girls are going for.

She’s in med women’s or small men’s.

Aren't the shorts below her knees? My 13 yr old boy wears mens small. Some of you need to include height and weight in these posts because my 10 yr old is small, 53 inches and 65 lbs.

I really leaned into athletic wear at that age. Luckily my DD was okay with that style.
