Op - I have a dog and young kids. Walk the dog 3-4 miles a day.
Do you have a full time job?
DP, you realize it takes less than an hour to walk 3-4 miles per day, right?
How? Super speed-walking?

Op - I usually walk at a 15-16 minute mile.
Lol. That's like how fast I run. I have short legs.

Can you walk faster than a 20 minute mile? Have you ever timed yourself? My guess is no based on your response. A lot of these goals are much easier than people make it out to be. I will be accused of being an a** but think of all the steps you could take if substituted walking for DCUM. Very simple walking -around your office floor, around your street and in the next two streets.

Anonymous wrote:I was hitting around 15k too but then I suffered lateral femoral cutaneous nerve syndrome and it hurts to walk. So I'm way down in my step count. I do a lot of stretching now to try to alleviate the pain, which keeps me awake at night. Ugh.
Anonymous wrote:If I run that day 12-15k. If not sometimes as low as 8,000. I live in a very car centric area. I walk my dog but that’s about it on the walking.
