Thanks. Unfortunately I need to be able to pick my son up from school in the afternoons so I’ve been hesitant to add a dose of unisom midday.
Trying to stomach small portions of proteins every few hours to see if that helps. Anyone have suggestions for palatable proteins? Meat has been nauseating but trying egg whites and cottage cheese type things.

Anonymous wrote:Get a prescription. Bonjesta has the same ingredients as unisom and b6 but is formulated differently and worked better for me. If you are really nauseous, then the home remedies don’t work in my experience at least.
