I know slicing the meat to order is their thing, but does it really make that much of a difference? Seems silly, and really slows things down, to slice every sandwich to order. I get it that fresh sliced is way better than sliced at a facility, vacuum sealed and delivered on a truck, but maybe Jersey Mike’s could slice a couple times throughout the day? That would still be fresh enough, right?
