This has been my experience too.

My sonogram is on 5/22 so I'll see what it says.

Me too, already had the procedure where they scrape the inside of your uterous and test it, and an ultrasound where they stick the wand up and inside. Both showed polyps/cysts.

Have a procedure scheduled where they'll stick a camera up and hopefully small polyps/cysts only and they'll clean them out. If not, surgery.

In the meantime, am on progesterone to stop the bleeding which is good, because I was feeling like a stuck pig!
