This isn’t an issue for more than 1-2 players max and frankly it gives players who are younger to get some experience playing against older players. This is a positive rather than a negative.

Anonymous wrote:The issue with VYS is they don't create set teams. They take their top players and play games with a roster of 16 on game day. So whoever is available they pull up and play. Can be different players each week. Most kids don't play with the same players week in week out.

Probably a sign of all the craziness going on around in nearby clubs. It wasn't long ago that VYS was in that position.Anonymous wrote:So does VYS usually have a large turn out of older girls or is this year an anomoly?

They build in house as opposed to the neighboring club that stack with outside players then bench your kid because they have 16 players for 9v9 and they don’t care if your kid sits all games.
Take a serious look at VYS. You won’t regret it.
That is an interesting take. Their attrition is off the charts. Players leave in droves. Their younger girls coaches drive more players out of the club and out of the sport than any other staff in the area.
