OP here. This is more or less our reason. We've looked into them at all at various times (mostly in the beginning of the pandemic) and were shocked at the markups (on top of the delivery fee, which we expected.) We live in a relatively convenient area so one of us just runs out and picks up if we need or want anything and otherwise we make do with what's at home.
