Chicken/canned tuna/salmon, brown rice and veggies (broccoli, California mix, salad, etc.). Plus plain Greek yogurt with fruit if I want something more.

A form of egg salad.

Chopped cucumbers, carrots, onions, one hardboiled egg chopped up, 1 mini avocado, and a generous dollop of spicy mustard.

I make a Greek salad and add chickpeas and baby spinach with homemade dressing of vinegar lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano and salt.

I also do lots of stir fry with chicken or shrimp but that is more for dinner. I just use a little soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sometimes sesame oil and whatever veggies I have at home, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper.

Thanks for posting, this is good to know about. Will pick some up next time I'm at Costco.

Oh, gosh -- I had completely forgotten about Ezekiel bread. It's the only store-bought bread I like. I eat it with almond butter, or avocado. Or even just butter. (Not OP).

I get it at Giant. Little Leaf Company boxed lettuce is also really good. I think all those boxed lettuces are really good.

I have two lunches:

Roasted broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms, with one cut up chicken sausage and keto buffalo sauce

Shredded cabbage with Tasty Bite Madras lentils.

Salad with some sort of pre-cut kale, broccoli, cabbage mix. Then add other vegetables. And feta, olives and cut up pickles. Sometimes I use dressing, sometimes hummus. I add chicken if we have leftovers.

Lately I have been buying souper girl soups - lots of fiber and protein.
