If ASA and Arlington wanted the best possible teams they would be recruiting in Arlandrea or off of Columbia Pike. Soccer should be more equitable for everyone no matter your background. When people are bashing other teams or coaches then it should be a dog whistle and people’s ears should perk up.
Both of those clubs also recruit successfully in those areas and give scholarships to multiple players. You really think any criticism of SYC is a dog whistle? That would certainly be very convenient for SYC.

From what I have heard, yes. We turned down a spot to avoid him and have not regretted it.
Not my circus and not my monkey but I do see you in all the SYC posts with uncomplimentary things to say in any topic re: SYC. (Your use of the English language and syntax give you away). What's your grievance?
Did SYC not give your son the spot you wanted him to have on a team?

Anonymous wrote:Yea, SYC handled it really well. The 2011B will yet again have another new coach for next season. This is a blessing in disguise for those boys. They will finally have a real coach.
Anonymous wrote:Yes, so kind of SYc to announce that a top mls team was loosing a coach kids had signed up for through a Facebook announcement. Also a fun way for a coach to find out who might be taking over his team.
