When I moved into my Alexandria neighborhood about 15 years ago, there were three ladies named "Bunny." Their real names were Virginia, Mary Frances, and Catherine. There was a woman named Virginia whose nick name was Molly, and there was a woman names Mary whose nickname was Sally. One of the ladies referred to their names as "nursery names."
They were lovely ladies and I learned so much about gardening from them. I miss them dearly.
