Have her start using Safeguard bar soap daily. Doesn't dry out skin like some other brands. Agree with PP about hair products as well. She can try washing her hair first and doing bar soap last to wash away other product.

I had this problem as a teenager and the culprit was my conditioner. Once I began scrubbing my back after hair conditioner was rinsed, it went away.

Sounds correct. I did those peels monthly on my chest and back before my wedding and they worked wonders. The peels at the Dr office were much stronger than when I tried to do the same thing cheaper at a med spa.
