Sounds like she in pain and in an everyone and everything irritates me mood and just needed to get out of the house.

While the specifics are a little odd...I doubt they mean anything other that was all that came to mind and she just needed to go out.

She’s in pain, starving, probably overtired and didn’t sleep well last night, & frustrated with annoying neighbor. Stop judging her & let her eat her shrimp & cupcakes in peace, it’s not a big deal.

If you are mad because you had some plans today because it’s your day off, I’d say you may need to postpone & just have a lowkey day. Everybody has bad days, she’s having one today - help her out or just let her be rather than judging her.
