I like to do one with Fish tacos, sriracha lime crema, cilantro/parsley and an Asian slaw. I put out homemade guacamole, salsa, tomatoes, beans and cotijo and cheddar cheeses. Homemade margaritas add to it as well and are so easy to make squeezing fresh lime.
This fancy taco bar sounds amazing. A basic taco bar sounds like something I’d find in my kid’s cafeteria. I’d eat the hell out of it there too but I feel like you could do better than basic at your home for a bunch of adults.
OP wants to keep prices down. Once you add fish and not ground beef, it gets more pricey.
