Freeze.
When you're ready to eat, take it out of the freezer, run it under some cold water for 10 seconds or so, then put in the air fryer for 6 minutes. Perfection.

I defrost mine over night on the counter. Also, this may be tangential to the question, but I wrap them in saran wrap and freeze them in a ziplock and try to use them within 4 weeks. I think this helps prevent bad freezer burn.
