How do you not begin to smell after a fashion rubbing home cooked beef fat on yourself? Doesn’t it go rancid?
OP I can’t imagine you have that much excess skin from ten pounds fat loss. I would say gentle exfoliation and a really good topical moisturizer. I wonder if one of those Mutha lotions meant for pregnant women would help with elasticity, or maybe a retinol, though I don’t know that that’s safe across the body.
And unless your diet is rich in good fats, add some. Salmon, avocado, nuts. You’re probably eating those already though.
