I like pretty much all bagged salads and we use them for dinner or lunch a few times per week. I usually add some combination of the following to each:

Avocado
Diced jalapeño
Black beans or chickpeas
Diced deli meat or rotisserie chicken
Shredded carrots
Sliced snap peas
Croutons or pistachios or crumbled potato chips

Easy and way more satisfying

I like the dill pickle ones, especially the Trader Joe’s one. Any time I can put potato chips on my salad I’m happy.

+1 Wish there were more like that and so many chopped kale/cabbage ones.

The best! add half a can of drained black beans and an avocado and it makes a delicious lunch.

I love this one.

My kids love the Asian crunch ones, so we do that pretty regularly. Basically, all of the kits make it easier for me to serve vegetables on busy weeknights, and I figure if I get my kids in the habit, we'll do more from scratch when we have time down the road.
