Will Jawando is a self-serving opportunist. Nothing more.

People want transparency, participation and “less waste”, yet complain when then are being given MULTIPLE forums and opportunities to have their thoughts and questions heard and voiced.

Dude literally cannot help but shove his name in front of everything, and the funny thing is this makes it sound like it is a memorial budget meeting, like he passed away and we've named the budget meeting for him in perpetuity, rather than him. Just wanting to push his name out there.

The system is broken and there is no accountability.

The law requires that they meet Maintenance of Effort (MOE) which is not the same as the budget number submitted. And if you believe they can’t cut the budget your delusional.

They always use this as a way to get people to agree to even more property tax increases but in the end it will just go to developers subsidies.

Then that is something for you to bring up at a budget forum meeting.
