Found this searching for info after getting my latest lipid results. My most recent HDL was 100. LDL is low 80s, and total cholesterol is high end of normal range. My HDL has always been high, like 75, but this seems excessive. I eat very healthily but could probably stand to cut back on alcohol a bit, which I plan to do. I've also been through menopause fairly recently. There honestly doesn't seem to be much information out there about high HDL, though high numbers seem to be more problematic in men than women.
