We met freshman year in college at a St. Patrick’s Day party. Dated exclusively all thru college and broke up a year after graduation. Our paths crossed every few years (we live in a medium sized city) until age 53 when we bumped in to each other again. She was widowed, I was divorced. Moved in together about 5 years later and that was 10 years ago.

Pretty much our story too - work, friends for about three years. He had a party at his house and we slow danced a couple of times and then I offered to stay and help clean up. It seemed perfectly natural to end up in bed. We never really dated after that as it was like instant couple.

We met as seniors in college, age 21.

At a mutual friend's marathon fundraiser at a bar. 11 years, forever to go!

Met in grad school when we were 24 and 25. Met at a bar in Boston. Got engaged 2.5 years at age 27, got married at 29, got pregnant and had first baby at age 30.

Met in college and were just friends, we were both dating other people and didn't even consider each other as romantic partners. A couple of years later, after college, a group of alums were out bar hopping and we were both there, and both single. We ended up hooking up that night and have been together ever since. Dated 4 years before marrying and have been married 23 years.
