Don't you believe in overuse? How about you go run 100% for 80 minutes and then go to run 100% for 50 minutes the next day. That's if you can run.

That's why it's a steep mountain to climb for us to catch up with the rest of the soccer world.

Our club follows Fairfax County Public School weather closing.

They will monitor the weather and if it causes for dangerous storm then they will cancel club wide.
