I’m guessing OP wants something that can be transported without excessive care. An Uber driver might not slow down for speed bumps, navigating potholes, and making sharp corners like OP might if she was driving with a delicate dessert.

King Arthur is da bomb when it comes to GF...

Either their flourless chocolate cake: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/flourless-chocolate-cake-recipe

Or if you want ridiculously easy and delicious, use their GF brownie mix: https://shop.kingarthurbaking.com/items/gluten-free-fudge-brownie-mix

Enjoy!

+1 but a little challenging to transport because it's generally made in individual glass bowls.

+1 this is the obvious answer… Or chocolate macaroons made with almond flour, which most are.

Macaron. Macaroons are made with coconut.

Chocolate cheesecake (use GF cookies as base)

Couldn’t one make chocolate macaroons? I’m pretty sure I ate chocolate macaroons as a child- my family loved macaroons and always had them at holidays.

I'm sure it's possible, although typically, macaroons are either dipped in or drizzled with chocolate. I only corrected it because the PP said almond flour, which is typically used in macaron, not macaroons.
