Based on the communications I’ve seen from both clubs, I don’t think this is true for FCV, but it is true for VRSC (although I would imagine they’ve held a few spots for former FCV players who don’t find what they’re looking for at ECNL clubs).

Then Fairfax Brave had 18 rostered. So 12 McLean girls plus 18 Fairfax Brave is 30 girls trying out for FVU. If FVU keeps a large roster, say 24 girls, then only 6 girls potentially go to a RL team. And most of those girls probably go to a GA team instead. Long way of saying, I think the RL teams will be the same next year.

i think the fcv blow up and fvu merger will absolutely increase the talent on the rl teams. They should be pretty good teams in generalAnonymous wrote:How competitive do you think RL teams will be for the upcoming year(s)? Or do you think most of the talent that could not make it onto the remaining ECNL teams are mostly going to newly created GA teams?
