I actually think this is stupid. Just adjust the prices according to the services, I'm fine with that. I don't actually believe you are tipping 30% for takeout. Few people tip that for sitdown, where the waitstaff legitimately earns less than minimum wage. So basically I think you're a liar. Or an idiot. Or quite possibly both.
