A counselor would have maybe helped “tailor” his activities for top colleges, but I believe there’s a lot of downside to curating a kid.
Because the school is small, 34 seniors, some colleges don’t seem to admit anyone from here. The strong AP offerings help with this lack of recognition.

How so? I have current 7th-grade twins and am looking at both schools as well as SJC to apply to next year. Would you mind elaborating on what has been great about theirs?
