Won’t try Lexapro either. Put on 30 lbs in a matter of months and stopped having normal emotions. Was flat emotionally. Weaned myself off of 5 mg over too many months and the weight stays and stays.

Wellbutrin makes anxiety worse for many. The question is why OP values a click on the BMI scale over her mental health.
It's all tied to me. I can't be overweight and feel good about myself, I have tried. My social anxiety gets worse when I am bigger.
dp. I'd rather be anxious than fat. It's not a popular opinion around here, but, if in controlling my anxiety, I gained weight, then I'd be depressed. imo: anxiety is preferable to depression.
Severe mental illness is a never ending hell. Having experienced that as well as being fat, I’d choose being fat every single day. I’m happy, healthy and have everything I need and I can enjoy life. The idea that being fat = being depressed is such a gross misrepresentation and misunderstanding of what actual mental illness is. Be glad you are lucky enough not to get it. It’s a privilege

What grade are they in? Just curious. Mine are junior twins and I’m stressed out. Am about to toddle (close to waddle) to get a crumb of diazepam which I’ve not taken for months but need today. I’m the one who tried lexapro and put on 30 lbs that stuck.
