I'm here for almost anything Costco but I've not even been tempted to try the Gyros. If someone tells me they're good, I might give them a try. Any other pre made Costco stuff that you'd bring to a quasi-event with adults?

If there's a grill, grilled chicken with a veggie side and sweet potato is an easy option as is grilled sausages with onions and peppers.
Spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli and garlic bread works too.
