I'm here for almost anything Costco but I've not even been tempted to try the Gyros. If someone tells me they're good, I might give them a try. Any other pre made Costco stuff that you'd bring to a quasi-event with adults?

The stuffed peppers.

I'd want better food and less effort (tacos & pizza seem so fast food), and I'd be willing to throw money at the meal. And that's why I don't have a good idea. Maybe Wegmen's chicken parm?

Pizza:
- choose whatever crusts work for you and the supplies you'll have - the roll out pillsbury, bobolis (I love the thin ones), dough you roll out yourself, or french bread or something else
- marinara
- cheeses
- pepperoni
- an onion, a few peppers, olives, etc...
- bring spices from home (oregano, basil, red pepper)
- if your family are more adventurous add hot honey, salami, artichokes, etc...

Salad stuff:
- lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatoes, peppers, 2-3 kinds of bottled dressings

How many spears?

I love you.

If there's a grill, grilled chicken with a veggie side and sweet potato is an easy option as is grilled sausages with onions and peppers.

Spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli and garlic bread works too.

Second the taco option. Put a bunch of chicken breasts in a crockpot with a jar of salsa and bring a bunch of toppings and your golden.

One side of salmon does not feed 10.

I was going to post this. Also, this is a lot of work for an "easy" dinner. Fresh minced garlic? Really? Powder or jarred won't do?

Give me a couple of frozen lasagnas, bagged salad and pre-made frozen garlic bread any time.

Pasta + salad, taco bar or nachos, or sheet pan chicken + veggies with rolls
