I should have added, that this document is to cover the school's butt, and provide some distance from their staff. It is incumbent on you or the student to establish if these rules are not being followed. If you have a problem with how a school official (e.g., coach) is managing practices/games, I would suggest going to a school administrator and ask for discretion in how they handle it with the coach.

The weather is not the issue. It's the mad philosophy.
It reveals a crazy approach to coaching that won't be restricted to just this directive
