Most men learn the art of checking out a hot female without being too obvious. You move your eyes from side to side but keep your head movement limited. It’s so much easier when they are walking straight towards you as you make a head move but keep your eyes on her.

I deal with my husband doing this in a creative way - he has a fetish for a certain kind of punishment, and when I catch him ogling I tell him that he will be punished when we get home, and then I carry it out the minute we walk in the door. it turns him on like crazy, and focuses his attention back on me where it belongs. problem solved.
