Subject: What possesses people to drive 20+ under the speed limit?
More important to me is why people like OP are clogging up DCUM with inane threads that any poster using logic could answer in their own rather than requiring group think.

I drive really fast when I’m high. My senses are sharper and my mind is able to process things faster, so I tend to find myself driving faster than when I haven’t partaken. Edibles seem to make me drive the fastest, whereas when I smoke i tend to be just a little faster. But I drive high all the time and I’m fine.

Usually when they go that slow, they're lost and don't know where they're going. It annoys me when they have a long line of cars behind them and they don't pull over to let people pass them before continuing on way under the limit. It's just rude behavior.

They are looking for someplace they have never gone before that's located along that road.

I've found people smoking weed drive annoyingly slow.
Elderly people also.
Exactly this.
Old people and high people. Plus people fiddling with their phones and texting

I’ve never seen such a thing. While I agree that some of the above suggestions would account for one person driving slowly; a person learning to drive or a very elderly driver, I can’t imagine a road where the majority of drivers fall into these categories. Very mysterious.
