Thanks. I know I would not regret going back to the old job. I might regret not making as much money for a bit, but it is not life-changing money on the table. I don't think I will feel it much (I also have a side hustle that makes up for the gap).

I feel like I would regret staying at my job knowing I could have gone back. I think I am going with "what would I regret most?" I think that is I would regret NOT going back more than staying where I am, which would close the option to go back ever again.
