It is absolutely possibly to resemble your family member more if you both share the same plastic surgeon. They both had blepharoplasty. And hello, Kylie looks more like Kim Kardashian now thanks to all of her plastic surgery.

Before her surgeries. Miley actually resembled her Dad a bit more.

You can tell the new teeth are veneers in the newer pic - they line up perfectly on the end. They also are larger and make her lips come out a bit more. In the 2008 pic, her teeth weren’t lined up evenly. They don’t look “perfect” although they are whitened. I believe those are her real teeth back in 2008.
