I would like to try Solid Core but afraid it may be too much and was excited about something easy on my joints. I did a trial of Barre 3 and didn’t enjoy it. Any suggestions for the reformer Pilates class in McLean/Tysons?

Where did you do Barre3? The one in Arlington closed during COVID and I miss it.

For Pilates though my fave is RTR in McLean.

Which instructors do you like at the McLean one? I find one of the instructors really annoying. Trying to find one I like.

I really like Susan and Gina.

I only take 2 or 2+
