For a riff on this, French 77 with elderflower is pretty yum too.
Kir Royale is a similar easy one w/out the gin

I like sex on the beach (but I’d not call it by that name if I was serving it to guests). Mules are good too, and mulled cider or hot toddies when it’s cold.

Aperol Spritz and Limoncello Spritz in summer. Use inexpensive, but decent, prosecco (I like the Kirkland one for spritzes)

I like mules and mix it up - a Kentucky mule with bourbon, a dark and stormy with dark rum. It's easy to have ginger beer on hand and I get the little fever tree ones to avoid waste.

Winter is about bourbon or rye: Manhattan, Old Fashioned, and Boulevardier
For Spring, I like something flower-y: Aviation or French Blonde.
For Summer, it's stuff with lime - Ranch Water, Mojito, G&T, Margarita
Fall - Dark and Stormy, Spiked Apple cider
